More wet weather is on the way...
Met Éireann have released their weather forecast for this weekend and early into next week, and it certainly makes for grim reading.According to the national forecaster, this weekend will see wet and unsettled conditions across the country, with a number of heavy downpours.The first half of Saturday is set to be dull, wet and misty, with outbreaks of heavy rain at times which could result in some surface flooding.
The rain will remain for the majority of the day in the northern half of the country, however southern areas will see drier spells heading into the afternoon.
