Award-winning firm provides AI tools to enhance customer service
EdgeTier, a start-up using artificial intelligence to improve customer service, has raised €6 million in investment, which it intends to use to more than triple the number of employees it has.
Founded in 2015 by Shane Lynn, Bert Lehane and Ciarán Tobin, EdgeTier operates in more than 20 countries, processing billions of messages through their systems for clients that include such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Cartrawler, Ryanair, TUI Travel and Electric Ireland.
