The software business is also creating a new tech platform for the airline

Datalex, a retail technology business focused on the airline market, has signed a five year extension to its partnership with Aer Lingus. The business has also announced that it is developing a new platform to aid the airline with its digital transformation.

This long-term renewal follows similar deals announced this year with Air China, Air Transat, JetBlue and Edelweiss. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
