Airline also extends existing deal for five years

Aer Lingus has signed a deal with travel retail software provider Datalex that will support the airline’s digital transformation and extended its existing agreement with the company for a further five years,

The company is removing legacy technology in an effort to future-proof its business and focus on products that can grow with the business. Aer Lingus also renewed its existing partnership for five years, following similar deals between Datalex and airlines such as Air China, Air Transat, JetBlue and Edelweiss. The two companies originally signed a commerce agreement in 2018.
