experience the incredible culture and beauty of Russia? Sounds like a pretty great combination to us!
‘To Russia with Love’ is a fantastic charity doing life-changing work with thousands of orphaned and abandoned children across the Russia. From establishing education programmes to reconstructing buildings, the charity has helped put the smile back on thousands of children’s faces.Kicking off on March 13, volunteers will depart from Dublin and spend the first night in a Moscow hotel.
On day three a train journey to the Western region of Bryansk to the Hortolova orphanage will see the group spending time with the children and experience first-hand the important work the charity is doing. ‘To Russia With Love’ has been working in the desolate region of Bryansk for 17 years, and while a lot has already been achieved to improve the lives of orphaned children in the area, there is so much more to do.
