The former Take That star has candidly shared his thoughts and struggles on living with fluctuating stress levels as he opens up to fans about his general wellbeing
Robbie Williams says he struggles to deal with stress and that he feels his brain works against him when he tries to calm himself.
The chart topping star shared a selfie of himself looking sternly at the camera. And in a reasonably long post, he wrote; “My brain runs away with itself. It’s confusing and tiring. I seem to be lacking the ability to deal with any kind of stress whatsoever. This, of course, is not good. “But it seems to want what it wants. It must enjoy the chaos of its own misinformation somehow. And it is misinformation. I know that. At least intellectually I do.”
Robbie’s update comes after reports emerged to suggest the star is slotting back into London life after moving to the UK capital after abandoning Los Angeles. A source told The Sun: “Robbie has made no secret of the fact he’s a bit of a nomad and doesn’t like the pace of life in London or Los Angeles.
