Maccabi Tel-Aviv are just 90 minutes from a return to group stage European football.
Robbie Keane's Maccabi Tel-Aviv are on the brink of qualifying for the Europa Conference League following a 4-1 victory over NK Celje.
The Israeli side are red-hot favourites to make it through to the group-stage and must avoid a collapse when they face tonight's opponents in the second leg next week.READ MORE: Irish coach is English football's most exciting new manager who was shaped by Jose Mourinho Star man Eran Zehavi opened the scoring before NK Celje equalised through Gregor Bajde on the 29th minute. Zehavi then ran riot and completed his hat-trick with goals in the 51st and 72nd minute to put Keane's side 3-1 to the good. Dor davide Turgeman scored their fourth in added time.
NK Celje were dealt a further blow when defender Kleman Nemanic was sent off for a second bookable offence just a minute after Maccabi's fourth goal. The result means that if Maccabi avoid a spectacular collapse next week then they'll once again be playing group stage European football.
