The soap actress has been left angry to discover a weight loss supplement company have been using her image to convince members of the public their weight loss claims are real

Coronation Street actress Sue Cleaver has been left ‘incensed’ after discovering scammers have been using her image to flog weight loss food supplements.

Now the soap star has taken to social media to furiously deny that she has been taking supplements - and revealed that a health issue was a reason she continued to lose weight after her time in Australia for I’m A Celeb. Sue then explained that she was enraged that the scammers were using her image to promote their product. She fumed: “It’s outrageous. And I just want you to know that I would never, ever, ever advocate anything like that. I’m incensed. I’m absolutely incensed.|

She then urged her fans not to take supplements in an effort to shift excess weight. She pleaded: “Life’s too short to worry about dieting and finding quick fixes. And just, you know, be happy with yourself. Just… you’re a beautiful human being as you are. It drives me insane and it’s a lesson to all of us.”
