She's enjoying a summer break
Claire is currently taking some time off her radio show, Today with Claire Byrne, as she enjoys a summer break.
"I'm heading away, I'm taking a summer break but the hard-working team will be soldiering on and Philip Boucher-Hayes will be ably sitting in this chair over the next little while," Claire told her RTE Radio 1 listeners two weeks ago.Claire previously opened up about motherhood, and how she thought she would never survive having a second child.
"I know what the pros and cons are. Now, I adore having children. It’s a wonderful gift, but, at the same time, I remember what having an adult life is like.
