The sides clash at the Aviva Stadium today as they ramp up their preparation for the Rugby World Cup.
Andy Farrell's side kicked off their World Cup preparations with a comfortable win over Italy a couple of weeks ago. They emerged from that game relatively unscathed, though Jack Conan's fitness status remains a mystery with the tournament just weeks away.
One man that will definitely play at the World Cup is England captain Owen Farrell. The skipper had his red card and potential ban overturned earlier this week after being sent off for a high tackle against Wales last weekend and is eligible to feature for England today.Where is the game being played? The Aviva Stadium in Dublin. What TV channel is the game on? RTE 2 will be showing live coverage of the game.
"It was a high grade-three on the scan. It was like a 3C tear. And to be honest with you, I’d given up coming home on the plane. "I knew it was a bad one. I got the scan and we got the results, and I was like, 'That’s it, I’m not going to be able to get enough games under my belt for Andy to pick me to get into the squad'."It would be a massive honour but also just a bit of relief because I was stuck on 98 since the New Zealand tour, then getting one against Italy," he said.
"So yeah, a bit of relief to get there, but extremely proud and I’m sure my family would be as well."
