"They aren't sustainable and you can lose weight but as soon as you go back to eating normally, you're putting it all back on and more.Now that she lost the weight and feels better than ever, she's a Slimming World consultant and uses her knowledge to help others. "There is no age limit on weight loss," she said. "There are reports that it slows down after a certain age and yes, it may be a little slower.
"But if you come in and stick to the plan, you will lose the weight. If you go in with the belief that you can do this, then you can. I have 80 year olds who are losing weight and maintaining."
