The accused was arrested by officers from a Divisional Protective Services Bureau back in February, brought before the Dublin District Court and then charged with three counts of engaging in a sexual act with a child under the age of 17., the accused appeared in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court today where a jury was appointed.
