The Athletic published a 7,000-word article on July 2nd that spoke to seven anonymous sources connected to the Houston Dash. All of them accused Pauw of “bullying and belittling” behaviour during her time as manager there in 2018. Pauw denies all the allegations. “But from that moment on, the CEO has had meetings with staff members and with players, and that has had a major influence on me and on the development of the World Cup.”
