The Iranian Red Cross said there was no chance of finding survivors.
The Ukraine International Airlines plane was travelling from Imam Khomeini airport in Tehran to Kyiv this morning when it crashed killing all passengers and crew.They told media that it would be “impossible” for any of the 168 passengers and nine crew members to have survived the incident.
Local media IRNA reports that the plane experienced “technical problems” after takeoff when a fire broke out in one of the Boeing 737’s engines.
