TikTok is set to occupy the vast majority of Twitter’s Dublin office, having agreed a sublease on the Fenian Street premises for up to five years, the Business Post understands.

The Chinese-owned social media giant has signed heads of terms to take four of the five floors at Cumberland House, much of which has lain vacant since Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter – which he has since rebranded as X – last November.
