Things are looking very different on the weather front compared to last week's heatwave - expect a mixed bag of sunshine, rain, cloud and lows of 3C and highs of 20C
Temperatures could drop to as low as 3C tonight as Met Eireann say this week's weather forecast will be changeable.Temperatures have dropped once more and the remainder of the week will see sunshine, rain, cloud and breezy conditions.Today will be a largely dry day but things will turn "rather cold" during the night.
"Rather cold tonight with mostly clear skies and some patches of mist and fog as winds fall light. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees." "Turning breezy with fresh and gusty southerly winds, increasing strong on Atlantic coasts. Top temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees, mildest in the south of the country."
"Maximum temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees in a moderate westerly breeze. Much of the country will be dry on Thursday night, but outbreaks of rain may push in across some southern and eastern counties at times.
