Hollywood superstar Ryan Reynolds made sure to welcome his newest Wrexham recruit to the fold after pulling off another major coup.
This time around, they have been able to snare the services of Millwall midfielder George Evans, who has dropped down two divisions to join the club. The former England youth international has previously turned out for Reading and Derby County in the second tier. The Deadpool actor made sure to welcome his newest recruit to the Racecourse Ground with a message on his Instagram account on deadline day. Taking to his Stories section, he posted a snap of the former Millwall ace, while tagging him along with the caption "Welcome to Wrexham".
The new Wrexham signing also explained how he could prove to be an asset for his new employers, adding: "I like to get on the ball, break between the lines and play passes from deep. I've met all the lads and I know James Jones and Anthony Forde from previous clubs so I'm just really excited to get going now."
