RTÉ Radio One host Ray D'Arcy has been replaced as host of his popular show as the broadcast veteran takes a his summer break.
Courtney has already been on stand-in duty for Ryan Tubridy since the Late Late Show host took himself off the airwaves amid the ongoing RTÉ payments scandal. D'Arcy, along with a string of RTÉ presenters, published his salary in the interests of transparency and declares his pay took a substantial hit in between since he was on €450,000 in 2019 and now earns €250,000, representing a 44% decrease.
