The prosecution is expected to begin outlining its case this morning in the trial of a 33-year-old man accused of the murder of 23-year-old teacher Ashling Murphy in Tullamore, Co Offaly, on 12 January last year.
Mr Justice Tony Hunt warned the jurors this was a case that had attracted more than the usual share of publicity.
The court heard most of the witnesses in the case will be from the Tullamore area and there will be gardaí from the midlands and from Dublin stations.
