Kildare ranked third with a 63% rise from €240,093.71 to €391,021.88 which is a €150,928.17 difference
House prices in Dublin have soared by 80% over the last 12 years which is higher than anywhere else in the country, figures show.In Wicklow, there was a 68% increase when house prices shot up from €293,963.28 to €494,460.59.
. Cork came eighth on the list with a 45% increase, Limerick was 11th with a 43% rise and Galway saw a 38% difference. Donegal, Mayo, and Sligo which were at the bottom of the list saw increases of €31,394.10, €36,078.90, and €37,350.31 respectively.
