PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal today dismissed Najib Razak’s appeal for additional documents to prepare for his trial in relation to the SRC International case.
In a unanimous ruling, judge Zabariah Mohd Yusof said Najib was not entitled to privileged documents before the trial begins.She also dismissed Najib’s appeal for a gag order to prevent the media and public from discussing his case.MORE TO COME
