Certainly a positive outlook from MetEireann on the weather by next week
Ireland is set to be hit with a miserable enough week with mild temperatures and drizzle dominating the forecast this week.
However experts are warning that the weather will worsen towards the weekend with more widespread rain expected as the days go on. "Staying mostly dry elsewhere, with the best of the limited sunnier spells becoming confined to the south. Highs of 15 to 18 degrees, in a moderate northwest breeze, fresh on western and northern coasts.
"Another largely cloudy day on Wednesday with most areas staying dry, however there will still be a little patchy light rain and drizzle. Highs of 16 to 19 degrees, mildest in the southeast, in a light westerly breeze. A spell of more general rain may skirt along the south coast through Wednesday evening and Wednesday night.
