Today we're set for some harsh conditions but the warmth will return very soon
After a stretch of sizzling weather last month, things have taken a turn for the worst in recent weeks as temperatures dipped.
In their forecast for this week, they write: "Remaining very unsettled but turning warmer late in the week and for the weekend."Today Sunny spells and frequent heavy showers spreading from the northwest this morning. Showers may merge to longer spells of rain at times, while there will be a chance of isolated thunderstorms with very heavy falls locally, especially during the afternoon in in the south and east.
Thursday the 6th Mostly cloudy with just a few hazy bright spells in the east during the morning. Outbreaks of rain in the west will turn heavy and persistent at times, while patchy outbreaks of rain will gradually spread east later in the day. Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees, warmest in the east.
