Meghan Markle and Prince Harry came together to give a speech at the Invictus Games, with the Duchess of Sussex filmed 'glancing back' at her husband for support

Meghan Markle looked to her husband Prince Harry for support and seemed "unwilling to be separated" from him as she gave a rare speech at this year's Invictus Games.

Body language expert Judi James has said Meghan wanted to stay close to her husband as she walked onto the stage. Speaking to The Mirror, she said: "Late to the party and working without a script to what sounds like a very noisy audience, Meghan walks on stage with a small hair preen of modesty, glancing back at Harry as though unwilling to be separated.

Judi said Meghan showed sincere regret at not being able to attend the beginning of the event. The expert explained: "When she tells the audience 'Sorry I'm a little late for the party' she places her hand on her chest in a gesture of sincerity to register regret and when she adds it was 'time spent getting our little ones settled' there is a small beam of recognition from Harry.
