Meath's Jack Flynn is confident that Cian McBride will come on board with the Royals after leaving Essendon.
“He'll probably want a bit of a break, a bit of a holiday or something. He might stay out there for a few more months. But I'm sure the lads in Meath have all been on the phone to him already.” Flynn was one of the heroes of Meath’s Tailteann Cup final win over Down, when he came off the bench to kick 0-4, though he’s not getting carried away by the success and insists that Meath should have much loftier goals.
