He appeared in court this morning
Stephen Mooney, 51, of Kilbarrack Road, Raheny in Dublin 5 was brought before Dublin District Court this morning.
He told the court the accused said ‘No comment’ after charge and was handed a true copy of the charge sheet. There was no bail application made as the District Court cannot grant bail in a murder charge and requires a High Court application.Solicitor Phelim O’Neill made an application for legal aid for the accused and handed a statement of means into court.
