Louise Cooney has said she's "very lucky" to have her dad as she paid tribute to him ahead of Father's Day.
"We’re very close, and he’s always been very involved in all of our lives," she said. "There’s four kids in my family and he’s there for all of us. He’s great, he’s so much fun and he cares so much. I would have said he was a bit too strict growing up, but I’m grateful for that now! I understand why now.
"But we would have always been close; he was always interested in what we were doing. He’s so proud of me with everything I’ve done and he would always encourage me to do that. I’m very lucky to have him.""He’s a bit of a showman," she said. "He's very funny and always makes us and everyone else laugh. For every party, event or holiday, they’re just full of hilarious memories.
