High Court hears that Russian-owned transport leasing companies may be using red-tape delays to put assets out of reach of creditors
The liquidators of two Russian-state-owned aircraft and maritime leasing companies have described the situation they face in their work as “acute”, and said there was a significant risk that assets were being put out of reach of creditors, according to High Court filings.
