Company led by Mayo woman Laura Modi recently hit $100 million in revenues and is targeting $165 million for the year

Bobbie, the Irish co-founded firm that has developed a healthier infant formula for the North American market, is one of the US companies most likely to hit unicorn status soon, according to Forbes magazine.

It is one of 25 companies ranked by the business publication as a so-called “soonicorn”, with expectations it will hit a $1 billion-plus valuation. Other companies previously correctly tipped by Forbes to achieve the status include DoorDash, Benchling, Duolingo and Rippling.
