Bambie Thug will fly the flag for Ireland in Malmo in Sweden with their song, Doomsday Blue
Eurovision boss Michael Kealy has said the UK performing after us in the song contest semi-final will be a huge bonus to help Bambie Thug qualify.They will sing fourth in the first semi-final and RTE’s Head of the Irish Delegation Michael said that he is “happy” with their position.

Irish fans already think Bambie is “the greatest act” we have sent to Eurovision after they released the video for the catchy tune on March 8.
Former Eurovision winner Linda Martin – who won the 1992 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Why Me? - said she thinks Bambie will do “extremely well” at the competition."I hope Bambie Thug does extremely well.
