The Tottenham striker has joined Excelsior Rotterdam on a season long loan
The Republic of Ireland and Tottenham striker has sealed a season long long to the Dutch top flight.
Parrott spent last season with Preston North End and had stints with MK Dons, Ipswich Town and Millwall before that. Parrott was sold on the move after a flying visit to Rotterdam last week and Excelsior’s technical manager Niels van Duinen said: “We had Troy on the radar for some time.“Despite interest from other clubs in the Netherlands and Europe, we have come to an agreement with him and Tottenham Hotspur.”“Troy is a player who brings a lot of energy, who likes to play football, but also wants to be in the box to score a goal.
