Alliance for Insurance Reform said businesses are waiting on the state to address how legal costs drive up insurance premiums more than ten years
The Alliance for Insurance Reform has criticised the government over the delayed completion of a report into how legal costs contribute to the high insurance premiums.
As part of the Justice Plan 2022, the Department of Justice said it would undertake economic research on models to reduce legal costs and complete the work within the first half of the year.
