After 14 years of hosting, Holly Willoughby has formally departed from This Morning with a statement via social media, but fans may see her return to screens soon
Holly Willoughby left This Morning after presenting the show for 14 years, but fans can expect to see her back on their television screens next year.
“The last few weeks have been really difficult for her, and her team have avoided any formal discussions about work because she has been through so much lately. Holly announced her This Morning exit on Instagram by writing: “I have let ITV know today that after 14 years, I will not be returning to This Morning. To everyone who has ever worked on the show, thank you so much.”
Speaking about Holly's decision to leave after more than a decade, ITV’s Managing Director, Media and Entertainment, Kevin Lygo said:
