The Kerry community is in shock in the aftermath of a heartbreaking incident where a five-year-old boy lost his life in a quad bike accident on Sunday afternoon.The young boy had returned from the United Kingdom in the company of his immediate family, who were paying a visit to their nearby relatives during the August Bank Holiday weekend.

In a statement provided to The Kerryman, the police authorities also urged for the family's privacy to be respected.
