The Cork native originally brushed it off as eczema until the hair loss began to seriously escalate
Cork blogger Chloe Dinneen sat down with her hairdresser for what was set to be a routine appointment back in 2017.

I tried everything and I got worse and worse. I got so depressed I was so down. I was having physical change faster than I could emotionally accept it.
"It was such a breakthrough moment for me, that I could tell myself 'you can pull through this and you will have an amazing life', because hair or no hair, I always deserved a happy ending. I have come so far. It's funny when you think you'll never see light at the end of the tunnel and then all of a sudden, you do."
Advice For those on a similar journey, Chloe recommends going to look at wigs as soon as possible, and stresses the importance of listening to your body: "I think the second someone says 'I understand., I've been there', that lifts a huge weight off of someone's chest.
