Gardaí are investigating an alleged assault that happened in Cork over the weekend and left a young teenager unconscious at a bus stop.
Bystanders immediately called the emergency services who made their way to the scene and the incident was reported to local gardaí.A Garda spokesperson told CorkBeo that the alleged incident happened shortly before 9pm on Saturday, September 9, and is currently being investigated. Cllr Buckley said that she received a number of calls in relation to littering, excessive drinking and a number of other issues in the area over the weekend.
