Katie Taylor's rematch with Chantelle Cameron will likely take place later this year
Croke Park chiefs have said they are willing to talk to Katie Taylor's camp about a possible fight taking place at GAA HQ in 2023.
The Bray boxer had her long-awaited homecoming at the 3Arena last weekend in front of a sold-out 9,000-seater crowd. And GAA President Larry McCarthy has said that the association would be willing to sit down for talks about a potential fight night on Jones' Road.Speaking at the announcement of the Pittsburgh Steelers acquiring Irish rights for the NFL's Global Markets Programme, he said: "We haven’t had any application for them to come back. We’d certainly talk to them, I don’t how realistic selling out Croke Park in the context of selling out the 3Arena.
