Peter Mullan joined An Bord Pleanála in January from Department of Justice
Peter Mullan, the former chief solicitor at the Director of Public Prosecutions , is to replace Oonagh Buckley as interim chair of An Bord Pleanála from September.
Mullan joined the planning authority in January having previously served as assistant secretary at the Department of Justice and Equality.
