Sam FPL shares his secrets to creating a winning FPL team, in association with TradePoint
Irish Mirror has teamed up with Tradepoint to create an exclusive Fantasy Premier League with fantastic prizes up for grabs.
To help you build the best possible team, we've asked expert Sam FPL to give us some of his top tips and analysis each week. this week he shares his tips for GW3 and beyond... In terms of midfielders, James Maddison £7.6m looked very promising recently but unfortunately he was spotted leaving the stadium on crutches after Man United game. I think it’s tricky now to bring him as he might be out for GW3. Mbeumo £6.7 from Brentford is the player to target in midfield. He is looking so lively and passing the eye test. His stats are much solid and has great fixtures, too.
When it comes to forwards, Joao Pedro £5.5m should be back in the starting 11 after being benched for Enciso last weekend. The latter picked an injury recently and won’t be available for GW3. If you own him, I would advise you to keep him, but if you’re in the market for a forward I highly recommend Wissa £6.1 as Brentford main striker. He is the 2nd best player for shots in the box in the league, scoring back to back in the opening two game weeks and in great form.
