Those heading to Stradbally in Co Laois have been advised to 'pack sunscreen' with lots of sunshine expected over the EP weekend
There is good news for people going to Electric Picnic this weekend as there is some stunning weather is on the cards, with highs of 22C forecast.

Monday and Tuesday could see highs of 24C or 25C with good spells of sunshine and very little rain over the next week.Friday, September 1 Low cloud, mist and fog in parts at first, clearing through the morning to leave a mix of cloud and sunny spells along with heavy, slow-moving showers, especially in the midlands, south and east with spot flooding possible. The showers will become more isolated later in the evening.
Staying dry overnight on Saturday though some areas of fog will once again develop. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees in mostly light southwesterly breezes, more moderate near Atlantic coasts.
