Devastated Kateryna Konishcheva lost her mum, stepdad, 11-year-old brother and 23-day-old newborn sister to Russian shelling in her homeland on August 13
The Ukrainian woman living in Ireland whose four family members were killed by Russian shelling watched their funerals on her phone as her mum and 23-day old sister were laid to rest in the one coffin.
Now as she picks up the pieces from the tragedy, she is fundraising in a bid to cover the costs of the funerals and get her remaining brother, 20, 16-year-old sister and her granny out of the warzone and to Ireland. "Kateryna is doing amazing considering the circumstances. She is staying strong but it's very hard to imagine the pain she is going through."
"Our aim is to alleviate some of the financial burdens she now faces, allowing her to focus on healing and moving forward.
