Gardai have confirmed that the search for a man missing from Donegal has been stood down following the discovery of a body off the Scottish coast.The 74-year-old was last seen at his home in Quigley’s Point around July 7.
In an update this evening, a Garda spokesperson said that a body had been recovered at the port of Cairnryan in Scotland on July 1.Gardai thanked the public for their help.
