Big Brother to fill Love Island void as Virgin Media set to air reboot in Ireland
It's understood that Virgin Media Ireland will soon be screening nightly episodes of the iconic reality TV show.
The series, which will be fronted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, is scheduled to run for six weeks. AJ will also present a panel show spin-off for the channel, similar to Love Island’s Aftersun.While official confirmation that Virgin Media will air Big Brother 2023 is yet to be issued, The Irish Sun reported: “Nothing has been confirmed publicly but Virgin Media are negotiating with ITV to make the new Big Brother the biggest thing on Irish TV screens next summer.
Meanwhile, last night on Love Island, as viewers voted for their favourite couple, the Islanders declared their love for one another. Fan favourite Whitney Adebayo told her exclusive partner Lochan Nowacki: “You ask me if I am happy every day. You kiss my forehead when you think I’m asleep and you tell me I look beautiful every chance you get. You’re exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
