The civil case against the remaining members of the band and the estate of the late Christy Dignam is due before the High Court on Monday, July 10.
He is also claiming damages alleging breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence and defamation. Ms McCormack told the Irish Sunday Mirror: "I can confirm there is a case before the courts, but we are trying to come to terms with the passing and loss of Christy.
